About Ellen Kay
For me, Yoga isn’t just poses and flexibility, it’s a beautiful way for me to connect with others and help them bring calm, health and laughter into their everyday lives.
Yoga is beneficial for everyone and I’m passionate about making sure it’s accessible and enjoyable to as many people as possible regardless of age, experience and ability.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher with over 12 years teaching experience of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and the overall application of Yoga to improve wellbeing of my students.
Additionally I am a qualified Yin Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness teacher, Thai Yoga massage therapist and a Pregnancy teacher for pre and postnatal ladies. I also teach mums & babies and teach in schools for children aged of 4-16. I am also a Reiki master and believe in an holistic approach in all of my teachings.
I offer my experience and guidance to those in need of emotional support, in need of physical rehabilitation and special needs.
Love, laughter and inclusion of all is paramount to my teachings.
